Yes, all of our flooring installations come with a 12 month installation warranty. Product warranty is covered by the manufacturer and can be up to 15 years depending on the product.

We provide Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS) along with safety data sheets for all materials used on site for your floor installation. All of our work complies with the Occupational Health and Safety Act 2004 (OHS Act) and all installation meets the National Construction Code (NCC).

We can provide professional floor installation services for a wide range of building types including corporate, offices space, hospitality, retail, small businesses, schools, gyms, sports facilities & medical sector (indoor). 

We can work on residential apartment complexes. However we do not perform work on individual houses and apartments.

Timber comes in two types, Solid timber boards and engineered timber boards. Solid timber boards are a traditional style hardwood floor which is a solid piece of wood all the way through. These boards come in a range of tree species and dimensions.

Engineered timber boards are multi-layered and composed of compressed ply, pine substrate and a timber veneer from which can vary in thickness depending on price and budget. Engineered timber also comes in a vast range of tree species and dimensions.

For all timber boards, the installation type can vary to suit the clients needs and aesthetic they are going for, it ranges from Dual bond (acoustic underlay) to direct stick and different laying patterns such as herringbone, straight or chevron.
